Had very enjoyable stay with a night at this cloudforest oasis with thoughtful staff and magnificent location to Aguas Calientes or from the bus line. Location: the hotel was very close to a rainforest, and the lounges / lobbies / restaurants.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and nice views of mountains, gardens, and fountains. The breakfast room, although busy, offers a wide selection of food. The bar makes great Piscos and there are plenty of seating areas to relax. The spa is a special experience with a unique deep fiber mat. The porter service to the train station was flawless. The hotel is situated near the train station with lush grounds and guided walks focused on birds and regional flora and fauna. The meals were excellent, especially the lomo saltado. I highly recommend this hotel.

A blissful stay in a serene jungle paradise. The room was beautifully furnished, with a fireplace, outdoor shower, and dipping pool. The attentive service from the moment we arrived, including a personal tour guide, made us feel truly pampered. The food was excellent, with a choice of three courses and a great wine selection. We only stayed one night, but wished we had more time to enjoy the spa, bird watching, and pool. a high-quality, personalized experience worth every penny.

Fabulous and incredible hotel, I liked its remote location really close to a lush jungle by the river, beautiful riverside forest, and the railway track. There were extremely pleasant and good-sized rooms with a marble bathroom. The service was excellent during all my excellent stay.

Can’t fault the property in any way.
